Why it's different

Your returns come from businesses repaying short-term credit, not from token prices, trading activity or DeFi incentives. The rate is fixed when you deposit, so it does not follow the crypto cycle.

What we do

Invoice finance and on-chain receivables are different asset classes, but Credi applies the same origination, underwriting and risk approach to both, and to whatever comes next.

Asset classes

Today, that approach runs across two asset classes, chosen for the same reasons: short-duration liquidity, a proven track record, and strong structural protection.

Live since 2024

Invoice finance

B2B trade receivables from UK businesses, advanced against legally assigned invoices.

Live since 2025 · Visa Ramp

On-chain receivables

Card and transaction receivables financed while they settle, via the Visa Ramp Provider Program.

The approach

Being on-chain changes how we settle, not how carefully we underwrite.

1

Origination

We originate every opportunity ourselves. Credi is not a marketplace: nothing is listed for LPs to browse, and every deal is sourced and vetted first.

2

Underwriting

You can't tokenise credit assessment. Settlement runs on-chain, but every receivable goes through the same traditional, thorough underwriting.

3

Assignment

Each receivable is legally assigned to Credi before any advance, so the claim is enforceable whether the asset is an invoice or a card receivable.

4

Servicing

Collections are monitored through to repayment, with the same reserves, reporting and fixed reward schedule for every asset class.

Risk management

Being on-chain changes how capital moves, not the legal claim behind it. Every facility carries the same protections a traditional lender would require.

1

Structural loss protection

20 to 25 percent built into every deployment.

2

Legally assigned assets

Assigned to Credi before any advance is made.

3

Control of facility cashflow

Repayments flow to Credi, bypassing the borrower.

The team

Credit underwriters first, on-chain builders second. Decades of pricing risk before a single line of it was written to a contract.

FAQ

What is Credi?

Credi is an on-chain private credit platform. We originate, underwrite and settle short-duration real-world credit on our own platform, today invoice finance for UK businesses and card receivables financed while they settle, and liquidity providers earn fixed rewards from the repayments.

Where do the rewards come from?

From real-world cash flows: businesses repaying short-term credit. Not from token emissions, trading activity or DeFi incentives.

Why is the yield higher than on lending protocols?

Short-duration business credit is underserved by traditional lenders, especially at smaller facility sizes. That gap is priced into the financing, while each exposure lasts days to weeks.

What are the risks?

No structure is risk free. Every deployment carries 20 to 25% structural loss protection, assets are legally assigned to Credi before any advance, and repayments flow to Credi rather than through the borrower. A reserve structure sits in front of provider capital, vaults are audited and reporting is attested.

How do I start?

Pick a vault, choose a lock period, deposit stablecoins in the app. Rewards accrue on schedule.
